Fulfillment of The Constitutional Rights of Abandoned Children Victims of Economic Exploitation

The existence of abandoned children who are victims economic exploitation in Gorontalo City is very concerning, because there many cases related to violence and unfulfilled guarantees human rights children. This study aims find out how fulfill the constitutional as its inhibiting factors city Gorontalo. research method uses a case approach analyzed qualitatively, data collection through observation, interviews documentation. results showed that fulfillment children's was carried assessment efforts, cooperation regional apparatus organizations (OPD), implementation raids interventions, provision protection cars (Molin) mobile motorcycles (Torling) well use shelter facilities. Factors Hindering include Economic Difficulties Parents, Education families has not been sufficiently helpful, reasons for carrying activities on their own desires demands needs.
